When you submit an enquiry, we collect: your first and last name, UK mobile number, email address, and tax bracket information. We do not collect payment details directly.

To assess your eligibility for a tax rebate claim
To connect you with a regulated accountant who will handle your claim
To contact you about the progress of your enquiry
To send SMS messages to the mobile number you provide, including one-time verification codes (OTPs) and updates about your enquiry
To comply with our legal obligations

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent (provided when submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in operating our introducer service.

5. Who We Share Data With

We share your information only with our network of independent, FCA-regulated accountants who process your tax rebate claim. We do not sell your data to third parties. We also use trusted service providers acting as data processors on our behalf — including Twilio (to deliver SMS verification codes and messages) and Google reCAPTCHA (to protect our forms from spam and abuse) — which process limited data such as your mobile number or IP address solely to provide those services.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for up to 6 years in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
