RebateHero is an introducer platform. We are not a tax advisory firm, accountancy practice, or financial services provider. We do not provide financial or tax advice. We connect customers with independent, FCA-regulated accountants who independently manage and process all tax rebate claims.
2. Our Service
By submitting an enquiry through our website, you authorise us to pass your details to a regulated accountant within our network. That accountant will contact you directly to assess your claim. RebateHero plays no further role in the claims process.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that you are owed a tax rebate. All claims are subject to HMRC assessment and the professional judgement of the accountant handling your case. Past refund amounts referenced on this site are illustrative only.
4. Fees
RebateHero does not charge you directly. Fees, if any, are agreed between you and the regulated accountant who takes on your case. You will be informed of any fee arrangements before proceeding.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting your enquiry
- Not use this service for fraudulent purposes
- Co-operate with the accountant handling your claim
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RebateHero accepts no liability for the outcome of any tax rebate claim, or for the actions or advice of any third-party accountant introduced through our platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
